		The Hartsfield Trust was 
		established in March 2002 by Walter Lacey after a resolution granted to 
		him by the Matabeleland Rugby Football Board. The initial trustees were
		Walter Lacey, James Stobbs, Tendai Tapfuma, Alison Roberts, William 
		van der Merwe, Stanley Bruce Alfred Longhurst, Vivian Johnson Electro 
		Luis Corbi. 
		
		
		The aims and objects of the Trust are to 
		preserve, conserve, maintain, care for and keep safe the assets of the 
		Trust in the state in which they came into the trust and to retain them 
		in that form for as long as they think fit, without the contemplation of 
		any profit and for the benefit of the rugby-loving public of Zimbabwe as 
		they in their discretion may think proper. The assets consist of any 
		assets that were originally housed in The Presidents Room at 
		Hartsfield Rugby Ground, any such future bequests or donations of 
		rugby material to or in favour of the trust as may be made from time to 
		time, Any donations or bequests of money to or in favour of the trust as 
		may be made from time to time and any future assets or investments as 
		the trustees may aquire for the trust, including any income not required 
		for the trust and may be capitalised by the trustees in terms of the 
		deed.
